A lovely calming respite to return to after seeing the sights of Rome. Clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff all of whom spoke perfect English . Comfortable outside seating areas, perfect for a sundowner or an alfresco breakfast. A big bonus was the pool to relax and swim after a long sightseeing day. We had a lovely nine day stay here and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The only good experience was with Lucas the front desk guy. The hotel is not for family . They are outage with more than two hour at night , mosquitos, poor cleanness not recommended at all. Noise at night

Terrible stay....hotel advertises as a 3 star in Rome. Is actually a motel or more like a bad hostel miles outside Rome in a remote location. On arrival we were given a room down a dark back balcony. Pillows were soiled and bedding obviously stained. Dust on headboard and in general aged and smelled. Complained and were allocated a new room. Better condition and clean but again basic. Towels smelled of vinegar and most likely because during our stay we were bitten all over from bed bugs or other mites not visible to the naked eye. When we asked about the bar we were told it was not open but drinks could be purchased from a fridge in reception. Also pool was closed on arrival but opened a few days in to stay but no sun chairs or beds around the pool when it did open. These items appeared a few days later. Hotel is advertised as great location but is located 1km from the nearest bus stop down a dark road on the side of a motorway. 3 to 4 bus stops to get to a metro alone with no decent facilities around the hotel. Worst place I've ever stayed and would advise any potential visitors to rethink before booking this location. Reception staff was only positive as they were helpful when needed. A most basic of facilities and despite trying to see positives we could not suggest this to any travellers as quite simply not as advertised....

Lovely place to stay, staff very helpful, rooms are very clean, I would take a small extension lead as not many sockets for charging things, we didn't use the pool as we spent most of your time exploring. Breakfast was good. The hotel nice and quiet away from busy town, local transport is great and easy to use, the cost for using the underground is very cheap and gets you to all tourist spots. Would definitely stay again x

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, but if wanting food on a late arrival check in you are guided to just eat, deliveroo or a menu they have on the front desk obviously in Italian (not silly aware we were in Italy). So if you plan a late check in here make sure you get some food from a supermarket prior or at least a meal as they sell snacks at front desk but no other options. It's in walking distance to "civilisation" if you are fit. Unfortunately I have plantar issues and after walking all over rome was not possible to roam about anymore. The hotel is like a motel as all have said before and next to a busy main moterway, however never heard a thing once doors were closed. The A/C wasn't really cold so had to open windows for some cool air, so unsure how this would be in hotter months. But was fine for March. Its says 1 indoor pool on love holidays and a hair salon, I did not see these but we checked in at 8pm and was back the next day at 7pm so dark on both occasions. The pool was closed but again we were late back. So not there fault if it was we missed it. You can get a travel pass from the info stations in Rome, it was 7€ and then 12€ for 48hours, gives you metro and buses unlimited. It's 10€ to the nearest metro of Cornelia which takes you straight to all the sights. Easy to read stops with sight like Vatican listed under the train stop, or Trevi Fountain for example. The breakfast was a selection of cold meats, juices, granola and yoghurt. Need to ask the lady for hot drinks and she has cakes sat behind counter she goes through when up. My daughter got nesquick and loved it. Over all if I wasn't in agony walking round in general, nice quiet little place to stay with a city experience. I would suggest something for food on an evening with the location especially if with children, even just toasties or something. Would I stay again, possible no due to location. If you could pick it up and put it in a nicer area surrounding yes definitely. It's kind of like the travelodges on side of m1 than somewhere to base for a long time.
